We want you to be absolutely delighted with your unique hand-knitted treasures. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, our straightforward returns policy is here to help. Your peace of mind is important to us.
Our simple returns process
Items can only be returned if faulty. If you need to send something back, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. We'll guide you through the next steps and ensure a smooth resolution. As we donate to charity, we do not cover the cost of any returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Conditions for returns
For a return to be accepted, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We do not accept returns on items damaged on purpose. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. If you prefer an exchange for a different item, please let us know when you contact us.
